Fewer than you would expect. TypingMind Teams runs from $83 a month for five seats up to $249 with SSO, RBAC and audit logs. MultipleChat offers Pro for Teams at $25 a seat and Smart for Teams at $95. ChatHub has no team plan at all, and Monica confirms team plans have not launched.
What should a business check before buying an AI bundle?
Whether a DPA is actually available, where data is hosted, what the retention schedule says, and whether there is a written no-training commitment. On these, MultipleChat publishes a full retention schedule and Swiss hosting, TypingMind publishes a DPA and keeps data local by default, Merlin offers a DPA on request, and Sider and Monica document none of it.
Do AI bundles offer SSO and audit logs?
Rarely. TypingMind's Professional tier at $249 a month includes SSO, RBAC and audit logs. MultipleChat advertises SSO, SAML and SCIM on its Enterprise tier. None of the browser assistants document either. If you need an admin console, the field narrows to two.
Are AI bundles SOC 2 certified?
No certification could be verified for any tool in this comparison. Merlin's policy states compliance with SOC 2, GDPR and ISO is guaranteed only for plans at $5 a month or more, which is an unusual way to frame it. A SOC 2 claim for MultipleChat appears on a third-party directory but no report or auditor could be found. Ask for the report.
